Owner of Eminence Training (April 2011)
As a training company we needed a website that we could adjust ourselves to keep up with the changes in the Health and Safety market. Vicky provided us with a bright comprehensive website that is easy to navigate, and when we were happy, she moved it onto our servers. She also taught us how to change text, add pages and pictures etc with a handy guide. Vicky comes very highly recommended by us and we thank her for the hassle free transaction. Please feel free to view it at www.onsitefirstaidtraining.co.uk

Vicky has excellent technical skills across multiple platforms, including Visual Basic, SQL, Reporting Services as well as all Microsoft Products. Vicky is a friendly person who has worked well with myself in the past on large projects as well as being happy to work independently to deliver results on time.
Planning Analyst, Aviva. (March 2009)
Vicky has been very helpful with improving efficiency in some of our manual processes. Her knowledge of the Access database in particular has been really useful. She took time to understand our needs and requirements and was able to deliver a timely solution which was well explained. She also gave us a handy job-card with trouble-shooting hints and tips as well.
IT Technical Manager, Aviva. (March 2009)
I highly recommend Victoria as a candidate for employment. Victoria was employed by Aviva as an Process Improvement Lead Advisor. Victoria was responsible for automating manual reports and continuous improvement within the department to business processes. Victoria has excellent technical skills. In addition, she is extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. Victoria can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She is flexible and willing to work on any project that is assigned to her. Victoria was quick to volunteer to assist in other areas of company operations, as well. Victoria would be a tremendous asset for your company and has my highest recommendation. If you have any further questions with regard to her background or qualifications, please do not hesitate to call me.
Process Improvement Consultant, Aviva. (April 2009)
Vicky is very approachable and always friendly when she interacts with her colleagues. From my experience with her, she is a good team player and always involves others in what she does. She’s very keen on improving her learning, especially with regards to her technical skills and personal development. She is very organised and conscientious, and will always volunteer to help (even in her own time) on other projects around the company, e.g. brainstorming the new Aviva World internet-based Intranet site for company employees. She takes time to understand the requirements of the customer, and then works tirelessly to achieve all objectives set out in the brief. She will always ensure that the customer is aware of the progress of the project and ensures that when the project is handed back to the customer, they understand the new process completely. She does this mainly with jobcards and trouble-shouting guides, but also using one to one sessions with the customer. Her technical skills, especially in VBA, Reporting Services, Excel and Access, are very good and she was able to assist me on numerous occasions when I needed some technical expertise. She is very eager to share her knowledge. I would highly recommend Vicky to any company wishing to employ her.
